In the farmhouse of a former soldier, the skeleton of a soldier is found, killed because he wanted to report episodes of hazing. Another person responsible for the murder tries to drown his wife, at the time the victim's partner, who has discovered everything; Rocca saves her in extremis, but her husband takes the children of a nursery school hostage, also attended by Tommy, the marshal's adopted son.
